My journey printing:
I received the printer August 2025. There has been a learning curve for me because Iām new to 3d printing. Iām mainly using the printer to print Rc airplanes and thin wall printing is my main goal. I have had 6 clogs and I contribute that to my fault. Using pla Filamamt you have to leave the door open because the filiment will melt in the extruder and cause a clog due to the high ambient air temperature when the door is closed. I now print with the door open and that fixed my clogging issues. FLSun support made that suggestion to leave the door open. Home run on their part with that great suggestion !!!
My layer height is .15. and the brim layer height is .1 . The FLSun s1 pro does a great job and I have printed out some perfect/amazing sections for my Rc airplanes.
Support has been great to help me and I get answers back quickly.
Iām using the Prusa slicer and after multiple ( trial and errors ) my prints now are now dialed in and the FLSun S1 Pro is working great!!!
I was super frustrated when the printer clog but I realized you have to be patient , research the issue, reach out to FLSun support for help.
Final comment :
I have had a learning curve with my FLSun S1 Pro and now Iām getting some fantastic prints from the printer. Iām very pleased to have this printer and the print quality of the printer is great.

pros on why I love printer. Speed and ease of use. I will use this printer as part of my 3d print business. My only issue is that FLSUN doesnāt offer a multi material system.

I received my new FLSun s1 pro August 2025. I was very excited to receive it. The packing was impeccable. Set up was absolutely a breeze. This printer is replacing a five year-old V 400 printer. The printer itself is gorgeous. The print speed is just out of this world. Iām very pleased to have this 3-D printer. Great job Flsun!!!!!
