Return Policy
In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day return policy for all U.S. customers. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, no questions asked.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in new condition and have not been used or installed;
- The item should be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories unopened and intact;
- You will need to provide the proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice).
Return Process
1. Please contact us via email at contact@flsun3d.com to initiate a return request.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and return label, along with detailed return instructions.
3. After confirming the return, please follow the instructions to send the item back, ensuring it is in good condition to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Important Notice: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide relevant photos or videos for verification. We will assess the issue and provide the following solutions:
- Free repair or replacement (if the item has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage);
- If the item cannot be repaired, we will offer a full refund or a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Damaged by user or improperly used items, such as hardware failures, or critical parts being damaged;
- Custom-made products (e.g., customized 3D printers or accessories);
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., filaments, tools), unless there is a quality issue;
- Software or digital content (e.g., software or drivers bundled with the 3D printer).
Sale items and gift cards are generally not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to device failure (e.g., item is not working) or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method and will typically be completed within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
