FLSUN 3D Printer Warranty Policy 

Thank you for purchasing a FLSUN 3D printer! We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. To ensure you enjoy long-lasting usage, we offer a limited warranty for all U.S. customers.

Warranty Period

All FLSUN 3D printers come with a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. During this period, we will provide free repair or replacement services if the product has any manufacturing defects or production issues.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects: If the 3D printer's hardware components have design or manufacturing defects.
  • Functional failure: If the printer experiences an irreversible malfunction under normal use.
  • Shipping damage: If the product is damaged during transit and is confirmed to be the carrier's responsibility.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

  • User damage: Damage caused by improper use, dropping, or physical destruction of the device.
  • Out of warranty: If the warranty period has expired or if the customer fails to request warranty service within 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Unauthorized repairs: Any repair or modification performed by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
  • Consumables: Issues with consumables such as filaments, print heads, heated beds, etc.
  • Improper use: Damage caused by using the product in conditions not outlined in the official usage guide, or failure to maintain the device properly.

Warranty Service Process

If your FLSUN 3D printer encounters any issues, please follow the steps below to apply for warranty service:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Please email us at contact@flsun3d.com to initiate a warranty request, providing your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide issue details: Please provide detailed information about the product failure, including photos, videos, or log files to help us better assess the problem.
  3. Confirm the repair plan: Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with a repair or replacement plan.
  4. Return the product: If needed, we will provide you with a return address and label and guide you on how to ship the product back.
  5. Repair/Replacement: After receiving the returned product, we will proceed with the repair or replacement and send the repaired unit back to you as soon as possible.
